Two-Factor/Two-Step Verification

To enable two step verification:

1.Download the Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator app to your smartphone from the app store.

2.Login to your Platform account and go to your Security Settings:

3.Click the toggle near Two step verification on the security page.

4.Using your Authenticator app, add the QR code or the Key provided to link the Authenticator app with your Platform account.

5.Input the 6-digit generated code from your Authenticator App into Platform. Note, a new code is cycled every 30 seconds and each time you open the app, be sure to use the latest code.

6.Once this step is completed, logins’ to your Platform account must be via the Authenticator app using the 6-digit code provided.

Two step verification is always recommended on Platform to help keep your account secure.

There are scenarios where two step verification is required:

1.Updating your banking details as a Creator.

2.We may apply two step verification to secure your account if we see suspicious activity.

3.To re-activate your account after a 3 month period of inactivity.
