Error Code 3000

Learn about what to do if you see error 3000 on your phone. 

If your Stark Phone was running starkOS 13 and was low on storage before you tried to update, you might experience one of these things:

• You see this message on your device: "The [device name] could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (14)." Your device goes into recovery mode.
• Your device has gone blank.

To fix this issue:

1. If you have a StarkBook with starkOS Redbird or later, make sure that your computer is up to date. 
2. Connect your device to your computer with a USB cable.
3. Locate your device on your computer.
4. When asked to update or restore your device, click Update to reinstall the software and keep your personal data.
